Defending Your Family with Firearms

God forbid any citizen be put into a distressful situation where it calls for lethal action to save other innocent victims or themselves. Regrettably, there are many villains that roam the world on every continent, in every district, in almost every community that is capable of and will cause harm to everyday good guys at some time or other. Thus, it is a good thing for good citizens to be prepared to withstand attacks by aggressive evildoers. How should one be prepared to save innocent lives? Continue reading

Apple CEO Steve Jobs Turns 54

As you may well know, Apple (the computer company) has had a very turbulent start for 2009. It began with a conference that Apple CEO Steve Jobs traditional gives a keynote for, but due to new health issues, Steve took his first time-off ever (to my knowledge) to recover. What’s God Think of Your Music?

The Bible has a great number of references to music all throughout—particularly the Psalms. In fact, the entire Old Testament was put to music for the Israelites to sing as worship and help memorize. Most families have great difficulty finding role models for their children. Continue reading

Churching on the Internet

The New Testament is primarily where I like to get what I believe the Church is meant do. The Church has specific functions and jurisdictions. For example, biblically, the Church is not lawfully permitted to supersede the authority within families. Likewise, it is not permitted to supersede to authority of civil government. A Biblical Worldview of Art

The original reason I started blogging more than a year ago was my desire to push myself to learn then share with others what I’d learned. Thanks to the sophistication of modern communication, you don’t need a university to teach you everything out of highschool. There are innumerable sources for knowledge and I was poised to tap them and find truth. Continue reading
