Algae is the New Green Fuel

Gasoline production now has a long list of alternative raw materials to replace crude oil. Fuel substances now range a variety of vegetables—all which are used as food sources. Seeing as how these plants have so many great uses, it is a shame to use them for fuel production in light of how little fuel they actually produce. An acre of wheat produces just 277 gallons of fuel—and that’s not taking in consideration the costs it takes to manufacture the wheat alternative fuel. Bottom line: the pupular alternatives to date are just not cut out to replace crude oil as a mass marketed source for power. Continue reading

Something that mankind understands universally as a virtue is honesty. Getting the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, is rare in our culture; yet it is something we all pursue in our own way. That being said, many don’t think there is truth in our world. Movie Review: Eagle Eye

Patriotism is a complex issue. Inevitably, thanks to man’s sin nature, no man-made government is perfectly ideal. Our understanding of morality is—at the least—tainted. Our perception of human government and patriotism is diversified among all individuals in the nation. Unity is something we strive for—but all in our own way and toward our own perspective of the ideal state of human government.
